Norbu accepts return requests for eligible unused jewelry within the stated return window after delivery.
Returned pieces must be unused, unworn, and sent back with original packaging when possible.
- Return request target: 14 days after delivery
- Final-sale, customized, or worn items may be excluded
Contact support before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected.
